Securing Appointment

Valid credit card must be provided to secure the reservation. Fees listed below will be automatically charged to the credit card provided only if client fails to adhere to Bonita Lifts policies that are listed below. 

Rescheduling + Cancellations

Life happens—we totally get it.

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Anything less than 24hrs notice will result in a 50% fee of the booked service, charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling or cancellations made less than 3 hrs notice will result in a 100% fee of the booked service, charged to the card on file.

 

Need to reschedule? Just reach out directly so we can find a new time that works for you.

When you're Running Late

There’s a 10-minute grace period if you’re running behind. After that, your appointment may be cancelled depending on the schedule for the day.

 

If you're more than 10 minutes late and haven’t reached out, the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card.

 

The best thing you can do? Just text or call. I’ll do my best to work with you.

No-Show

No-shows are a no-go. If you miss your appointment without any notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged to your card. We value your time—please respect ours too.
